Vintage Whizzer 7/8
valves are harder to come by today. So I'm having Fred use new generation valves in my H cylinder, he'll need to make up new valve guides cause the valve stems are smaller.
I'll use both 22mm intake and exhaust valves.
From the pictures you can see how small the valve ports are. The original valves are 3/4 now will be 7/8
All these changes from the inside...no one will ever know.

Vintage Whizzer lifts went from 150 to 190
New generation start at, I think 150 might be 152 been awhile.

In 2006 they sold for $75 from Whizzer

Whizzer Model H on Schwinn frame | Deal Or No Deal
For grabs is a Schwinn Whizzer Mosel H motor on a Schwinn frame. It took me forever to find. The motor starts up and runs the bike itself. Will need some TLC. Local pick up or ship on your own dime.
