Engine won’t start ??wheel moving freely, Tachs out too fast on 80cc engine

Like this when I got it suppose be brand new but all that is is three nuts on it idk why

You adjust the carb cable here and at handle bar. That little bit has to be screwed together or you'll have an air leak.

Why is that throttle cable on top of the carburetor sitting at that kind of angle rather than straight up???

You also have a lot of blow back from the carburetor sprayed all over the intake manifold indicating it is not on firmly against the O ring inside the carburetor where it is supposed to seat the intake manifold.

What? You don't have any issue with the clutch cable?
 
No the two issues aren’t related
Really? cos if the motor wouldn't engage when you dropped the clutch, it would mean the clutch is too loose....And if the rpms are rising faster than the bike is accelerating, it sounds like the clutch may still be slipping.
Yeah they are related, you have muliple problems as can be seen using the pics in this thread as well as the other thread.

Moderators Note:
I have merged both of these threads into one since the OP has inter-related problems that will effect the overall outcome of what needs to be done to help him get this bike running correctly.
