Well im in NO tell motel room lol

You call anything forward of your azz forward controls,
Technically speaking, anything forward of the hind end up to your thigh and shin being at a roughly 90 degree angle is considered a "mid" control. Even the scrambler CL500 has "mid" controls even though they are almost under the rider, because the peg itself is forward of the torso. "forward" controls are generally from the "middle" to the down tube, putting your heels pointing more forward and your legs extended beyond 90 degrees.

There is a lot of grey area with peg positions though, so trying to be super precise with the terminology is difficult. My VFR has Rear Set controls, but they are lower and more forward than traditional rear sets in order to maintain some sense of comfort. Move them 2 inches forward and you could call them mids.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart famously said in his 1964 Order that he could not use words to describe [pornography] forward controls, but “I know it when I see it.”

Yep, moving the controls forward from the stock position now makes them forward controls.

The forward control kit peg location for the Honda Rebel 500 still looks like a mid position to me :ROFLMAO:

I got floorboards on my Harley and I put a seat on that moves my azz back another 3"
But in the twisties I move my azz forward that 3"

To operate the foot controls My legs are 22.5* forward
If sitting in a chair my legs would be @ 90* considered 0* in my calculations

I just can't keep my legs in one spot, Floorboards allow different leg positions I also have Hwy pegs for stretching out
Maybe I'll get a backrest and have a recliner for those long rides :ROFLMAO:

Here's a Vstar 250 with what I consider forward controls from stock. Gear shift lever is in the same position as the brake.
