have a quick question about parts from a 20 inch frame to go on a 24 inch frame

I have 2 bikes the 1ST one is a 20 inch frame, with all the parts I want . The second bike is a 24 inch frame, I need for my motor. Can I take my parts from the 20 inch frame and put them on a 24 inch frame ?
