Buying a springer fork, if I just get a standard 26 inch spring fork will it fit?

Yes, but it's a good idea to make sure the steerer tube diameters match or you could have a problem.

Where ever you buy your springer, remove your original fork and take it with you. That way you can be sure of buying the same steerer tube diameter and length,

This may not be possible because I plan to buy from an ebay international seller.

Diameter is pretty standard in only a few sizes, length is really important cuzz there's 10s+ choices in that.
