Ok. Smallest one advance auto has, in assorted pack, is like one size too big, but I believe I've learned the unofficial, official name for this clip. I believe the name is "snap clip"

Ok, needle clip set at top notch. Turned the little fuel filter around. After a few attempts I got it running with idle screw all the way in. A a min later it stalled. Can't get it running again. Can't get it running with idle screw in or out, choke closed to open....

OK...Im out of ideas so hold on for someone else to chime in on this....I wish I was close enough to where you were at because i would have come over to actually see the bike and help ya get it running...Theres somethng missing here...And im sure that you have turned on the gas petcock...lol.

Just a shot in the dark and may have already been mentioned or done already...Did you throw away that junk Chinese "Z" series spark plug that came with the kit and replace it with an NGK-B6HS spark plug gapped at .025 yet???

Yes I replaced plug already and yes, petcock is open
