Is your plug soaked with fuel? Turn your idle screw in a turn and see if that helps.

Pic is the plug after moving the "jesus clip" to the bottom, turning the idle screw as tight as possible, full choke
I think I might just buy a new carb off amazon, any suggestions?

Okay then, that's it. Back the idle screw out, it's getting too much air. That plug looks like the engine never ran.
When you back out the idle screw watch the slide as it comes back down.
