I am thinking to buy a bike light with limited budget and happened to see a review video on youtube, , this guy reviewed a $18 light from DuaFire Amazon http://amzn.to/2p8eikd. It seems the quality is very good from his video. Anybody tried this bike light, or other similar cheap lamp before? i want an affordable light, but also with decent quality.

For you and anyone else looking for lights. This may seem like hillbilly engineering but damn if it doesn't work and work well.
The best lights I have found and rigged up are LED fog lights that I found at Ollie's Bargain outlet. I then took my old Cree Bike light Lithium battery pack from a previous bike light set up.
The Cree light was fantastic and was so bright people flashed their high beams at me. However even on a full charge the battery pack only lasted 45 min.
But for my new application hooked up to the fog lights I can make my 39 min run to work all week without a single recharge.
I hooked this up with a motorcycle headlight/horn/turn signal/kill switch I bought off Amazon for $7. I use the Kill, high beam/low beam and horn switches currently. I'll soon add turn signals. I hooked up both fog lamps. One for the low beam setting and both for the high beam setting. The Lights being at different heights and angles. It works well.
Not sure how much just the battery pack and charger combo costs for the Cree Bike light but the same version can be found on AliExpress for about $20 and works beautifully.

I'll post pictures and links as soon as I dig them up if anyone wants them.
I'll just say hillbilly engineering or out of the box light kit, do NOT cheap out on your lights.

I have these.

They can be got on ebay for about $3 if you look around.

They wont light a road at highway speeds but neither will most of the other battery powered lights. They do fine for putting around in the dark, batteries last months and people can see you coming from a mile away.

Here is my setup.
