CDH 110cc

I done this & it might be the wrong thing to do, but I gasket matched my case to these 49mm cylinders. Best way to learn i think is to View attachment 158407listen & get your hands dirty.

That surface is pretty rough, grease the gasket up before you put it on, maybe it will swell.

I stumbled across these pics on cdhpower 110cc on one of there web sights. That appears to be a pz20 carb intake bolt spacing I believe.View attachment 158401

That head has no squish band.

For those interested I found some of those 110cc steel sleeve engines after 2 hours of looking. I ordered 1 of them, they are another company that buys bulk engines from cdh to put in there kits I believe.

Let me know if that's a split jug/head. Looks like it is. If it is, that opens up easy head possibilities, depending on stud spacing.

Yes it's supposed to be 2 piece cylinder/head combo, we will see when it gets here. I'm thinking 85cc minarelli hybrid if stud spacing is right & 12mm wrist pin.

Ok 110cc kit showed up today, it looks nice. Well I'll disassemble it tonite & see if I got a piece of junk. I'll post a few pics of it.
