CDH 110cc

Ok I started disassembly of 110cc engine. Mine soo far the casting work is real good, I'm going to have to raise cylinder 2mm I'd say, then deck cylinder. The steel sleeve is extra thick, enough so I'd say you could easily bore to a 54mm. I think this thing is going to be good with some TLC & hands on work. Not one you buy & expect it run good right out of the box, not going to happen. Also cylinder head is crap, but I'll work with it till I can find a aftermarket head.

Yeah I was figuring he would be the only company to make them, do I need to order the Yd-100 cylinder head?
 
Ok I removed cylinder, rod is marked AF80, it's fairly clean inside. This is going to be fun!

Ok I didn't look hard enough, have you got his cylinder head for yours?
