Clutch/engine seized cylinder head won’t come off

I have a new 66cc engine kit. While I was riding it, the engine started clicking and then Stalled. When I tried to re start it, the clutch started slipping. I have cleaned and de greased the clutch pads and adjusted it but it still slips and the engine won’t turn over. When I go to take the cylinder head off, only the main cylinder wall will come off. Help would be appreciated. If you have any questions ask and I can also send more photos. Thanks

Yes I imagine it would run real lean without the muffler cap.

Is there a way to get the same power out of the engine that I get when running it without the muffler cap without damaging the engine?

You can run without the muffler cap, but you need to tune your carb for it. Go bigger on your main jet in the carburetor.

Can that be done on an NT carburettor and could I not just adjust the needle

If you ride your bike when your on the needle all the time, yes thats fine I would think. But if you are riding your bike at full throttle all the time, you may need a bigger main jet. Also snap a pic of spark plug after it locked up & post it. Might tell about your tuning.

The spark plug was black when it was removed. Can a similar result to running the engine without the exhaust cap be achieved by an aftermarket exhaust without tuning the engine

Yes the piston seems seized. Running the engine without the exhaust cap on would lean the mixture but Luther’s was oil coating the inside of the engine so I don’t know how that would cause an engine seizure

Take the head off and post a pic of the piston and bore.
