DiY small muffler/silencer. Stainless steel finish

I don't see in the pictures how you get from the banana pipes at the engine to the back of the bike to the paint cans? Where is the exhaust tubing connecting them?
lol thats the whole point. Hidden exhaust. runs from the stinger under the crank. up the back of the seat tube against rear fender. then splits under the seat for dual cans

I made a similar muffler using your idea, but slightly different. I sealed the spray can to a flex pipe exhaust using epoxy putty. Drilled out a spark plug wrench for the tail pipe, which fit inside the end of the flex pipe, packed with glass, used a soup can for the end cap, inserted inside the muffler and secured with two self tapping screws.

My bike with 2 silencers was to quiet for me. So I opened the cans up and took the fiberglass packing out. Its still less quiet but the empty can gives it a nice deep gulp pop pop pop gulp sound

Thats a good idea using a soup can for the end cap. How do you like the sound? Is it less loud for ya?
Haven’t run it yet. I’m sure it will be quieter than just the flex pipe by itself, it’s just a fishtail with a disc type baffle in the end, I’m sure the glass pack muffler will be quieter.
