Fastest ebike maybe?

So I am tired of my 2 stroke mb and within a month I will start building one of fastest ebikes around here (I hope so). I will use cromotor which is 6kw and with peaks to 15kwh and I am not sure about battery. I know that more volts means higher speed and more amps more power. I thought of using 72v and 20A. My wish for top speed is 100+kmh and good acceleration so how big battery do I need and do I need bigger motor. Controller will be large enough to handle everything and base for bike will be dh bike but I will make special frame.

I'd hold out until the new generation of li-ions comes out to the consumer market, should be within 15 years or so. I also like the smell of gasoline.

Well either ebike or motoped but I think building a motoped completeley out of a dh bike and super moto engine is big challenge.
