Getting started- Schwinn OCC Chopper

I just finished installing the sprocket onto the rear wheel, but I discovered something really bad. 2 of the spokes on the rear wheel are broken. Apparently, the nipples rusted and broke. I'm going to have to take this to a bike shop to get them replaced, and trued.

I tried installing the chain, but it's too small. where can I get more links for it?

i emailed ya about the chain, but my bike was the same way, and it is fine. my wheels nipples didnt rust tho. i had a "confrontation" with a stick from a tree.

Can anyone tell me if this is right? This is the first time I do one of these, and the instructions don't really say how to do this......

And, how important is a kill switch? This kit didn't supply any.

well, that throttle should have one built in, with wires coming out. but it really depends on how ya think about it. what if your clutch cable breaks, or if you are stuck wide open? its your call. to kill otherwise just choke and put at full throttle.

Where do I put the 2 wires to? There's a red, and black wire coming out of that button thats on the throttle grip.
