I looked around a lot to try to find a rear locking trunk for my motobike that looks just like the ones you see on the back of those scooters and found one for $25 here:

You can't see it in the picture, but on the one I had, the lid was like a charcoal colored metallic hue with cool red reflector inserts and I painted the bottom which was silver black to match my bike. It attached well to a standard bike rack and was the perfect size for a bicycle. With a couple of rear view mirrors on the handlebars the motobike looked just like a small scooter.
