has anyone tried the spooky tooth carb on a 49 cc?

hi i am planning to buy a super cheap ebay kit in the near future, and i am wondering if anyone has used a spooky tooth carb on a smaller size engine. did it run too rich? from the looks of it it would but i guess it could be rejetted. i wouldnt really bother ( i like upping the performance on anything) but the redundancy of fuel shut off valves is something worth modding for... along with the performance
