HELP! Jackshaft Kit Front Gears Rub Frame

Engine mounted like this on your square front tubing would give you more room. This is another jackshaft bike and I drilled and welded in small diameter tubing hrough the frame so it won’t crush when you torque down the front mount bolt. The nut is welded to the bracket.

I’d suggest finding a bike frame that the engine fits on, then transferring all of your good parts onto it.

I've got a friend with a spacious, cruiser-style, land rider bike I'm going to buy and do what 5-7HEAVEN said. Just stripped down my GT and all my parts are still in good condition, so the game is over yet!

Sorry for the late post... My friend ended up giving it to me as he doesn't use it at all.

This coming Wednesday I'm getting a manifold for my carburetor and the build will be done!
