Help with 2 stroke motorized bike

So im in the process of building a 2 stroke motorized bike 66cc and im just wondering once started to go can you rev up the engine and then slowly let the clutch out to go or do you have to peddle every time.

absent a centrifugal clutch kit. or a 24inch wheel with 44tooth sprocket, you'll need to pedal a bit before letting out the clutch

I hardly pedal at all when starting from a stop but my engine has increased compression, an extended intake track, and a good carburetor, and a stronger spark from Jaguar CDI.
