Here's the deal on the tire liners and clear brake pads I bought

I called the company and they said... IF... I ever get a flat ? they'll send me new tubes and new tire liners with just a pic as proof I really got a flat.
As for the clear brake pads that Mark20 recommended, They stop the bike so fast that its scary at times = I love them..... Thanks, Mark20.
