I have bought a piece of advanced Chinese technology, in the form of a bike motor kit.

It was made for a bike, which, what bike I have no idea...

I am trying to bolt this onto a wally beach bike, the pipe size is off on both counts, the large frame piece will hold but it not making a mechanical connection in the front, bridge the gap? superglue?

Say just to ease my mind the long arm on top of the engine is to move freely.

Should I put the engine guts in before install or after.

What great fun putting that sprocket, was, I now understand the pain of child birth.

It sounds as though your trouble is that you are unfamiliar with the parts. No shame in that. It happens to the best of us.
