So im 13 years old , and have been riding a motorized bicycle for about 3 years now. And I have finally decided to buy a helmet. What are your recommendations?

You're at that age where you're going to start growing real fast, so any kind of fixed helmet is only going to be good for a year. Your best deal will be an inexpensive one with an adjustable inner band, later on you can get a fixed size one that fits your head best.
I use a boarder helmet myself, but this type will keep you safe.

I hope you're only off roading, unless you live in Arkansas or New Mexico. In the United States most of the state's requires a minimum age of 16 to operate a gas engine vehicle on the public road ways.

I actually live in Lithuania, the laws here are confusing . But I live in a pretty small part of town and no police here.

I got DOT approved helmet to comply with local law. I like it, and it cost less than $50.

Here is what I could find for the laws in Lithuania...DAMIEN

Memo for bicycle, scooter and moped riders:

Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Road Traffic Safety, a vehicle with at least two wheels and an internal combustion engine or electric motor with a maximum net power of 1 kW and a maximum speed of 25 km/h is attributed to a motor bike. The driver of such a vehicle must comply with the requirements of chapter VIII of the Highway Code (Requirements for Bicycle Drivers).

Bicycles, motorbikes, or to this category belonging electric scooters and rollers, can be driven in bicycle trails, pedestrian trails, bicycle lanes on the road or if any of these are not available - then roadside. While driving along a roadside, sidewalk or pedestrian and bicycle trails, the driver of an electric scooter must give way to pedestrians, not obstruct them, or endanger them. Please note that drivers of these vehicles are prohibited from crossing the carriageway with pedestrian crossings..

When there is no bicycle lanes, pedestrian trails or roadside, these vehicles can be driven on the sidewalk or on the lane of the driveway, as close as possible to its right. It’s forbidden to drive except in the cases specified in paragraph 106 of the Road Traffic Code, also to overtake an obstacle, or to drive straight on when turning from the first lane only to the right.

When driving on the lane of the driveway, the driver must wear a bright coloured vest with reflective elements or there must be a white light at the front of the bicycle and a red light at the rear. A safety helmet is mandatory for minors (under 18 years of age) when driving such a vehicle.

Ride with bicycle on the lane of the driveway (or electric scooter speed up to 25 km/h and power up to 1 kW) is allowed for persons over 14 years of age.
Persons over 12 years of age also can ride on the lane of the driveway, but they need to be completed the training course set by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania and have a school certificate. Children over 8 years of age are allowed to ride with bicycle on the lane of the driveway only with adult supervision. There is no age limit for bicycle riders in the residential area. Adults must ensure that minors behave properly on the road and set an appropriate (good) example for themselves.

The Lithuanian Road Police Service reminds that persons, who use electric scooters, like all persons in public traffic, must comply with the requirements of the Road Traffic Code, they must be careful, protect themselves and respect others on the road. It is important to be conscious - you are not alone on the road, mutual respect and prudence are the basis for safe participation in traffic.

The Lithuanian Road Police Service informs that point 5 of the Road Traffic Rules states that road users must be aware of the Law on Road Traffic Safety, know and observe the Road Traffic Rules.

They're very lenient as to what their laws will allow you to do.

There are many different helmets and styles to choose from
Make sure whatever you get is a M/C helmet that is DOT approved. Best to go to a M/C store and try em on

Being that DOT, which is the U.S. Department of Transportation, That standard may not be available in the country of Lithuania...Hopefully they have a standard of their own that is like our DOT standard here in the US...American standards are not world wide standards...lol.
