Is it a chopper what do you think?

This is my first bike that I am building I have made it from scrap bike parts give me your opinion by looking at my photos cheers

Thankyou everyone for your kind words, I have a Huasheng 4 stroke kit to fit to this creation, i'm waiting on some chain from Melbourne so i can fit it. My son found a west coast chopper bicycle without the wheels last night and it has a teardrop fuel tank on it, no where to put fuel into tank as it is a dummy tank for display purposes,however i should be able to cut a hole in it and weld something up, it dose not have that cheap looking rim on the outside like the chinese kits have.
