Got it running and rode around the block 3 times already. need to tune it a little and i flooded it on the 3rd run because i let the throttle open too much uphill lol. But runs great! need to get a quieter chain though.

I'll try. but i wasn't able to remove more than 2 links the first time.

You could try adjusting the tensioner
