I was told this is a 2007 NE 5 four stroke bike. Frame #07-010873, engine WSE000041. I have also attached a photo of the engine. Any help in identifying what I have is most appreciated.

At the steering neck there is a ID plate.
If it is a 07 you should have the small flywheel, not the heavy one like this yellow one.

The carb is not original, but is still a 22mm carb. I like and use these too. Cylinder Intake is too small, you can get away with a 20mm carb.
You have wse000041, I have wse000003

Steve how about a pic of your bike,
how many miles on the odometer?

1,856 miles. It’s been well ridden, not sure how many owners before me?
Actually 1,856 miles is like someone rode it for a year then parked it, until you got it
Yeah, it might not be the original owner because the bike should have a certificate of origin

This is well ridden, Pic taken Dec 2022
Only a few got this many miles on their Whizzer

I now got almost 42K miles on my 2005 NE-5

Yep a NE-5 will do 50 mph with a few basic modifications
