Lower jug gasket

The stock cap nuts have 8 threads (10mm). Be sure to stack the washers allowing less than 10mm of stud above the head. Tall acorn nuts that I use have 10 threads (12.5mm). Taller nuts grab more threads on the studs, less likely to come loose. I have had good luck applying a thin coat of grease to the lower gasket.

Anyone ever use nylock nuts ?

I think the Chinesium aluminum is soft and it's more of soft aluminum problem rather than a bolt stretching problem.

Anyone ever use nylock nuts ?

Heat will destroy the nylon making them useless. Double Nutting is better.
Torque the first nut down to specs and hold it in place with a wrench while another nut is tightened on top of it (double nutting)
This locks the nut's in place
