Mine is so close to fit I'd even guess cooling down the frame with co2 first would shrink it enough and yes I have tanks of CO2 to make my own soda pop lol

Don't mess with the frame.
True...Much better to make your own motor mounts to accommodate the frame as you can screw up the frames structural integrity.
In my case, I had to make my own front motor mount to mount my motor exactly the way I needed it to be to align everything as perfect as possible including the chains on my drive side and pedal side to be able to run things without the use of chain tensioners.
Notice the chains are cut exactly to length and matched and perfectly positioned in relationship to each other with motor perfectly angled with my front motor mount that acommodates the proper tilt also needed to do this.
