I'd say start from scratch, your bikes are impressive, wild, and beautiful.

By starting fresh, you can beef up stress areas, leave room for adjustment,
eliminate weak links, like idlers that loosen, and touch spokes . When done, you'd have a bike you could drop motor in, and go with confidence. To hack up one of your creations is of questionable logic.
