The speed carb, is an NT carb with a better filter and housing. I think you can buy the housing and filter by their selfs. You can get more power with the red (speed) filter housing than the punisher. If you don't want to spend a lot, let me ask, do you own a pellet rifle and have a tin of pellets or know someone that will give you an empty tin?

You need an empty tin of pellets.

Make an air filter housing out of one and it will give you better air flow than the punisher style filter housing. More air means you can add more gas, which means more power.

Use open cell filter foam. It's cheap, and you may be able to snag if from someone's lawn mower. lol
