new to this but love my ride

hi every one i glad i could built a nice bike and i love it i live in new mexico and like riding my bike but the tranny is all-ways giving me problems like the bearings and I'm on my second one so what up with this and my motor is great but sputters at high speed can any one help me get it all right so i can rely on it to get me were I'm going
