no power under load. cause???

Ever since I put 93 octane in my bike I do not have power under load it idles fine and I can rev it high when the clutch is in but soon as I try to ride it boils down change the spark plug check the CDI I have no leaks anywhere case is fine what the f

Also before when the bike was running good. if I held WOT the bike would pull all the way to 10,000rpm quickly. now if I hold WOT it bogs down. If I hold at half throttle the bike will slowly accelerate until it hits a limit at 7,500rpm. Is it a Bad CDI or magneto? tore top end apart everything is perfect

I would suspect the CDI if you know for sure that it's not a leak or carb related issue. The CDI is just about the only thing that will go bad at the flick of a switch.

i changed the CDI just now. Gas was changed back to 87. I even changed the spark plug. the compression is still the same. I dont understand

it fires right up but only have about half the power when under load. its not making any noises. no leaks. what gives. these little motors can really hiss you off.

That's quite likely. Especially if he's running ethanol fuel or switched from ethanol fuel to ethanol free

Maybe it's the summer blend gas, none of my bikes seem to run as good as they have. They rev fine but don't pull as well as they did in the winter.
