No start

It’s was the a picture of my white bike with the older stuff on it. Didn’t have a picture of it on desktop it’s on my phone.
 
Side note, how do I get this off?

Alright well, clutch issue fixed but the bike only started once for about 20 seconds. Now it doesn't want to start at all. Choke or not. Throttle response does nothing and the throttle won't go any tighter either.
 
What do I do guys. Serious im stressing the f*** out. I work tomorrow and it's a 2 hour walk in 120 degree heat with no shade if I don't get his working

Did you examine the float in your carb? You have the engine tilted to far back, so the fuel level is going to be off. Try to get the carb as level as possible.
