So I have read and re-read both these and still no advice helpful to my current issue anyone else come up with any ideas and when measuring the crank arm with a digital caliper where do I measure from and to the small oil holes or the larger holes used when it's mounted and for the piston to mount to it.

Sorry, but I don't think any of us really know what is going on other than maybe you have the wrong parts.

Ok so info to update on this I was checking my carburetor and noticed my needle near my c-clip is slightly black when the rest of it is gold
