I have read the wisconsin laws, they are friendly to motor bicycles. I ride out of traffic and seldom over 25 mph and never over 30 mph. I ride mostly in suburban and rural areas and have never been pulled over. Like you, police cars still make me nervous and I kill the motor and pedal whenever I see one. Let us know if you ever have a run in with the police.
