Rear engine mount bolt snapped

Hi guys! My rear engine mount bolt just snapped yesterday. All my bolt were tight enough. I checked them before each ride, all was good. While I was riding they snapped and the rear wheel just stopped. Now, how can I remove them? Do you have any idea, welding or idk. Thx !

this metal is weak, the goal is to get motor tight - stop tightening bold if motor already tight
