The rear foot pegs and the drop handlebars are your biggest contributors to higher speeds. Chest padding in a vest is what you need so you can lay on top of the gas tank to improve aerodynamics. It also appears the thread pattern on your tires needs to be turned in the other direction. Your rear brake cable needs a crimp on it.

i do lay on the tank at high speed it contours the body perfectly. the tires are turned backward because the black rubber is starting to seperate from the white rubber the normal direction. they are duro semi slicks and they are absolute trash. gonna get all white tires this time. any body know of a good tire with quality rubber all white prefered?

At this point a windshield or one of those goofy tear drop helmets would be a good idea.
