ripping my hair out! [carb cable]

i tried to look for similar topics , but did not find the help i needed. i am building my 3 MB, and for what ever reason i cant get the throttle cable to hook into the carb correctly, WTF!! i did the other 2 MBs with out instructions, but now i cant remember how i did it, and or what i did different? i dont really want to rip one of those apart. i need DETAILED instructions if some1 can help as to how to install throttle cable. pics maybe? i dont know . tried a lot of differnt ways
