Rse performance head 66cc

So I bought a high compression rse head and installed it. now my bike won't go over 26 and on the top end it four strokes. It ran 35mph with all stock parts before replacing head with the RSE High Compression CNC Head. Why the loss of power. I'm using a nt carb with a #63 jet and ran great before head. I'm at a loss Help?

I also tried a new high performance carb. Ran even worse then the nt carb.. ughhh any ideas?

consider a crash course in carb tuning.

ie, once you jet right then you might gain something. carbs are not just "bolt on" performance mods.... they need tuning.
