Wald makes really nice racks & baskets. Here is a super nice rear rack, its 1/2price at the moment.

The bottom "legs" won't line up to mount and bolt onto a Hyper frame with that type of rack...Hence the reason I point out the clamp types of rack with the telescoping adjustable frame struts and brackets and clamps.

That's pretty much a universal mount, They were smart to sell more racks, Surprising how strong those racks really are.
