Stuck engine sprocket??

Put the clutch back together. Set the clutch handle to disengage.
Feed the chain on the top of the sprocket. Feed it around, and use a small hex wrench to pull it through.

This part is stuck I felt like is Stuck it feels like is Lock up
Remove the spark plug, put a socket, (I think 17mm) on the nut in the middle of the sprocket and try turning it. If it moves, then you were just fighting the engine compression.
 
I just took the spark plugs out the socket then turn it with the 19mm it sound the compressor but as I turn it moves but not smooth

I wish I can show you a video what I'm talking about
 
It won't feel real smooth with just a socket on it, especially if it's new.
