Stupid Chain Questions

I've never used a chain breaker tool yet, just take the circular type saw to the rivets and pop those suckers right off when I am cutting my chains down as I do not need nor desire anything to do with tensioners, on my first bike, the tensioner imploded with shards of it spitting out in all directions...I haven't used any ever since...lol.

Just one more unnecessary, useless, weak link, in the system that I no longer need to contend with...lol.

Back to chains, just go to the parts house and pick up some 41 chain and masters. It's way easier to find and is still pretty thin. I'll be doing this with my bike once I walk my far lazy arse down to the NAPA

How far to the NAPA? About 15 to 20 minutes. It's not that I'm lazy, it's just I haven't bought new shoes in a while, so walking isn't fun.
