two stroke engine (what is this part for???

it came with my kit and i dont know where it goes

That's your gear puller.

It removes the engine sprocket & the right-side small engine gear & the clutch assembly.

i thought i left something out and have been wondering about tat for a while
the instructions my bike came with are very vague
