What are your thoughts on my first porting job?

I just finished porting my first jug! Below are attached images of the before and after pics. The first 2 pics took place after the porting job. What are you guys's suggestions on what I should do. I'm not gonna put it back together yet so any feedback will be appreciated!

I think the order of the pictures got messed up, so it is a little hard to understand what I am looking at.

My biggest suggestion is to make sure the roof of the exhaust port and transfer ports are at least slightly rounded in profile at the cylinder wall, and make sure to chamfer the port edges a little.

The first image is the exhaust port followed by the intake and the 3rd and 4rth pics go in the same order. Thanks for taking the time and giving me feedback because I really want this motor to run great.

Ok, so the lips of the sleeve sticking into the ports was removed then, corrrect?

Haha yeah. I accidentally said the first 2 pics were after the porting but they were before.

If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion as to your photographs...

Next time take them from the same angle in the same light so that we can compare differences as to what it may look like because the way it is now there's so much variance in light it's hard to tell what is what... but it looks like you did a really good job cleaning it up!
