You're probably right, locoWelder... What a cool looking bike, though! The first time I saw it (heck, the first time I see any funky bike), I immediately imagined where the engine would go. That thing would be an absolute blast to ride around town!!
You were right Loco. After talking with the lady that owned it, she told me her father worked for the shwinn company and customized a lot of his personal bikes.
So it wasn't original.
