The Dragon is Finaly Done all the kinks worked out top speed so far 63.2mph

From conception to complete fully tested and perfection of all the faults of functionality & dependability 3 months First was sprocket integrity noting to spokes was never considered do the torque this 212cc fully built power plant was capable of even a cnd hub mounted sprocket mount couldn't hold and twisted and let loose severing 9 of 32 spokes so as the pictures show it was mounted to the axel mount for the wheel next issue the trike kits cant handle the torque of the bog block 4 cycles so chop up some handlebars to beef up the rear end and toss the u bolts for the motor mount plate in the trash and welded it directly to the frame also welded a front mount for the rear end to the bike frame that's held by 2 bolts so the rear can still be removed

Woah this made me laugh out loud! Funny thing! I kinda like it!
Dude I pull rite up on cops hit the 12 volt Aaa Ogaaa horn and all they do is laugh never been stopped once yet I. Started it to practice welding for my CycleKart project and like the Energizer bunny I just kept going and going lol but on a serious note the trike conversion kits are way to weak know its Rock solid I should have done it to begin with but all I wanted was a test platform for the motor I built for My CycleKart but the Dragons just too much fun to steel the engine now lol

Nnow look close at the integrity failure at 44mph the Dragon started bucking so hard I nearly lost all the fillings in my mouth

What was done to the engine? And what gearing is it ?
Stage 4 kit estimated at 15 to 20 hp heres the options I went with, Black venom roller rockers, .308 cam, Billet flywheel, Billet Rod with a stroke + 0.20, 18lb springs my frend owned Cylinder head exchange here in Ft. Lauderdale intake and egzaust ports matched to intake manifold I'm running a 12 tooth Extreme duty clutch to a 40 tooth gear on the 5/8th axel I've yet to try WOT ive only had it around 3/4 I will Try WOT tomorrow for 2 seconds then back off

Sick build but MAN PLEASE get some brakes on that thing!!!!!! Just the two front Roadmaster v-brakes are NOT enough to be safe at 65+mph on that heavy thing! Could fab up a cheap manual disc setup for the front to keep the simple dual pull setup and some drum brake hubs for the rear on a left side dual lever...

Cool project (y)
