Cheap upgrades/things to do to my bike?

Get a cnc head. I sawed off stock muffler. Removed baffle. Expansion muffler wouldn't fit. No difference except loudness. Have you ported the head? 33tooth rear sprockets add a bit... Also I have high performance CDI with a 4 prong high performance spark plug.. It'll do 60mph easy but cops look at u more when passing vehicles. Also might wanna invest in Kevlar tube liner inserts and 12 guage spoked rims add more durability. This is my 4th bike build. It's a 80cc ported and a CNC polished head with reed valves.

On a stock motor you would never get going with a 32 tooth. I would suggest a 38 tooth or 40 tooth. Sadly the motor just blew today, overheated waaaay too much and seized the piston. I will try to still send pictures tho. Cutting away a little bit (A LITTLE BIT) of material on the exhaust port on the cylinder is what i meant. The top of the port. And by the intake i mean getting on the black sh*t off of the port on the cylinder. Get some sandpaper and sand it down. I should've had around 3.8-4.5 hp on my motor. sh*t tons of torque and still went 40 at too high rpms. Im buying a new motor now, I'm getting a two piece cylinder as its easier to port and stuff. Thinking about doing a watercooled AM6 build.
Oh, cool. Good answers. I think I'm starting to get it. How'd it overheat?

And one thing, today the coil came and my bike started right up! The open exhaust is siiiick I love it but its way too loud and I know everyone will hate it, I closed it up. Can't wait to show some friends the sound though. Everything's really coming along...still maxes at 30, not that I need to go any faster...but when I want it, and I know I will, I'll get my ass into some porting.

60...holy s**t...no expansion, damn. what motor do you have? Estimate your whole rig's net worth.

I like the look, reminds me of gta

Well I had bought a 66cc zeda but the piston melted after 15 miles and my buddy said it wasn't ported right and replaced a bigger piston and cylinder body with a cnc head and reed valves with updated carb... Bulking it up to an 80cc...haven't clocked it above 52mph but still plenty left in the throttle and the acceleration is unbelievable. Think 33 tooth sprocket helps... My expansion muffler wouldn't fit 2nd bike unless I beat it with a rubber mallet. Idk. Saw off stock muffler. Remove baffle... Don't feel any decrease.

Hello what if you slide the back chain tensioner closer to the front raise the wheel up and possible remove the other tensioner see if that works good luck.

Original set up had an expansion muffler before a car ran a red light and I broke collar bone... Bike didn't seam much faster... Just a louder pop with expansion muffler... Don't ride in the rain. Cars dont care if you can stop or not. LoL

Those types of expansion pipes don't give much at all and only top end because there is no header.

Oh, hey, welcome to the forum! Damn man, I hope you are healing up, collar bones are hard to replace.

Appreciate that, I used to be part of this forum a while back but I deleted my account cuz I was going through a few personal problems. But yeah that wreck was October and thanks.
Just got back from a 20 mile run and the bike runs like a champ oh, but it still sounds like it's very angry unless I'm cruising over 40 and there is still plenty left on the throttle but these bikes feel real weird once you're going that fast LOL
U need dual brake levers though.

Yeah, I know what you mean about going really fast, the bikes are so light, not heavy like a motorcycle, the faster you go the more it feels like a gust of side wind could take you out. I mostly just cruz about 30-35 most of the time and use the extra only when I need it.
