I got a new motor from Motorstar Parts first they deliver it to some doorstep on the other side of town I have to figure out If millions of doorsteps they delivered it to. Okay got that part done.

Next took the whole day to put it on. First tried my old High-Performance carb it ran weak on a turnaround of a 1% slope it just died.

Next, I notice the throttle cable was much shorter pulling up the needle tube so I used there I took the guts out of the exhaust for more power I ran the gas at 16:1 it f***ing fired I was impress at speed and power almost happy ran a test circuit it died on the turn now will not start.

What the f*** is wrong? How do I get it to go, before I ship it back up their ass?

Pull the plug and check the gap and then check for spark. Put the boot on the plug and turn your rear wheel while the plug is resting on top of the motor. Got any pictures of the install?

Sounds like a needle and seat/ float issue to me bro. Have you taken apart this carb and checked it. The reason i say this is because it seems like when you lean the bike is when it dies. (Both times while turning around). Might be worth checking.

Ya, that's all I got left to play with is the needle sitting, I generally use the handle of a screw driver when ever I attach a carb tap it to get the float to drop down. Check for boot spark got that.

Why 16:1? It's already been mentioned all over the place to use 32:1 for a few tanks, then jet it down a bit.
Well, I wrote the company several times what do re recommend?
Never got an answer, but gazbikes and bikebury say 16:1

An easy way to check the float and valve is to press the tickler and look for a bubble.
No bubble, valve is stuck closed.
