I'm glad to hear your not going to do your plating at home! lol. Although I think you could pull it off! Here is a website that has a good amount of info and pricing for you.

Than you can check with more local area shops in Indiana and ask them if they do custom work. Ft Wayne has a place called Rekon Plating, that does custom work.

A few things to consider when you do re-plating is: You may lose a lot of detail in the stamping and Schwinn script. It can also fill in the knurling on your S-2 Rims and can even make them look fake or re-pop. Turn around time can be long. There is a guy on EBAY always selling seat posts , stems, and would be way more cost effective. Good Luck!
