An MR2015 bearing is a 3.5mm width, not 4mm. There are unsealed and unshielded versions out there, but yes, it is definitely a specialty bearing.

6700 bearings should be 3mm width, not 4.

Then try a 6700 bearing. It's a half a mm narrower. Or, have the current hole machined out to 21mm and use a 6702.

To be clear the OD is 20mm, the ID 15mm, and 3.5mm thick,
for the MR2015 open bearing. I have ten sealed bearings
with the 21mm od, but I don't want to ream out the
clutch cover anymore.
