There are unsealed and unshielded versions out there, but yes, it is definitely a specialty bearing. 6700 bearings should be 3mm width, not 4.

Click to expand... Then try a 6700 bearing. It's a half a mm narrower. Or, have the current hole machined out to 21mm and use a 6702.
