Broken bolt

I have no idea how this even happened. I was tightening my exhaust bolts before getting my bike fully up to speed and the head came clean off. Is there any way I can avoid going to a small engine shop or drilling and tapping it? Any tips are appreciated.

take a chisel to the remains of the bolt I ha this problem also no biggy just make enough room to take a flat hea to it shoul be fine
